Campaign for 100% Helmet Use to Ensure Road Safety

รณรงค์ส่งเสริมการสวมหมวกนิรภัย ๑๐๐ เปอร์เซ็นต์: วันที่ 5 เม.ย 2554 เวลา 14.00 น. นายเชิดศักดิ์ ชูศรี ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ  เป็นประธานในการเปิดตัว ” โครงการปีแห่งการรณรงค์ส่งเสริมการสวมหมวกนิรภัย ๑๐๐ เปอร์เซ็นต์ ”  ที่บริเวณหน้าศาลากลางจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ  โดยจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับ ตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เช่น จัดแสดงนิทรรศการ  รวมถึงการแจกหมวกนิรภัยให้กับกลุ่มเยาวชน , ผู้ใช้แรงงาน เพื่อรณรงค์การสวมหมวกนิรภัย ตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยและลดการบาดเจ็บหรือการสูญเสีย ต่อชีวิตต่อกลุ่มผู้มีความเสี่ยงสูง

Campaign for 100 Percent Helmet Use to Ensure Road Safety: Mr. Cherdsak Choosri, Governor of Samut Prakan, has launched a campaign to promote “100 percent crash helmet use” among motorcyclists to ensure road safety. The event took place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday 5th April 2011 in front of the Provincial Hall. Motorcycle helmets were handed out for free to Thai yout and also motorcycle taxi drivers. In addition there were exhibits about road safety. The aim of the campaign is to insure that 100% of people are wearing motorcycle this year.
